Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. We will check whether the order can still be updated; changes cannot be guaranteed once it has been processed.

We offer a 30-day voluntary return policy, subject to the conditions in our Returns and Refunds policy. Your statutory rights are separate; see our 14-day right of withdrawal and model form.

Email us for the appropriate return address and instructions. Our registered office is not a parcel returns address. You do not need our approval to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.

Email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us understand the problem. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.

Materials vary by product. Check the individual description for the stone, metal, plating and measurements. A colour-changing appearance does not by itself establish that a stone is natural sultanite. If anything is unclear, ask us before ordering.

Follow any care instructions provided with your piece. As a general precaution, keep jewellery away from perfume, harsh cleaning products and prolonged moisture. Store pieces separately and use a soft, dry cloth for gentle cleaning. Avoid abrasive polishing on plated finishes.

Check the size options and measurements on the product page. Compare them with a ring that already fits the intended finger. If you are unsure, send us the product link and your measurements before ordering.
